Terms of Service

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed unless otherwise specified.  We offer a 4 week Total Guarantee on the sex of the animal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your animal within the first 7 days, we will happily replace that animal for the cost of the return freight.  We offer a 100% refund only if notified within 48 hrs of shipment arrival.  If we cannot provide a replacement for any animal, we will offer a credit for the full purchase price.  Please note that after the first 28 days of the shipment's arrival, Conley Herps, Inc. assumes no further liabilities.

**Please note that many hatchling/juvenile snakes can be nippy or what some may call "mean". If you are purchasing a snake for a pet, please advise us of that so we can assist you in procedures for calming your new pet. We DO NOT HANDLE our snakes because it's just not possible. They are handled only when we clean their cages, sex them and examine them. Our priority is to get juveniles to eat consistently before they are shipped.**

Payment is required in advance by Check, Money Order or Credit Card.  Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Conley Herps, Inc. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Payment plans can be worked out, but must be paid in full before shipment will take place.  Partial trades or full trades may be considered.

Any purchase over $1,000 will be shipped via Delta air cargo or Delta Dash to your nearest major airport unless you request otherwise.  Shipments via Delta must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival or the live arrival guarantee is void.  All other orders can be sent to your door via FedEx overnight delivery.  If you are not present to accept delivery, the live arrival guarantee is void.

International Orders are welcome. We can Export! Minimum $2,500 order for all international orders.
